The maintenance company can provide information about parking spaces with engine block heaters. The lid of the electricity socket must be kept closed. Cables may not be left dangling from the post.
A fee is payable for parking. Parking spaces can be booked through the maintenance company. The car park has spaces designated for the use of residents. The car park also has a few designated guest spaces for the short-term use of residents’ guests.
Tenants may not park cars other than in their own parking space. Abuse of guest parking spaces and parking elsewhere in the yard area will lead to a parking fine.
Playing in the car park area is absolutely forbidden. Parents are liable to pay compensation for any damage caused to vehicles by their children.
Traffic in the communal outside area
Driving vehicles on the paths and walkways in the communal outdoor areas is forbidden apart from essential emergency access. In the winter, incorrectly parked cars can impede snow ploughs and gritting. Tenants may drive and park their cars in the communal outdoor space only for loading and unloading. If for some reason you have to drive in the communal outdoor area, exercise extreme caution and drive slowly because children may be playing.
Parking in contravention of the traffic signs in the communal outdoor area is a punishable offence and will be reported to the parking authorities.
Keeping scrap vehicles in the communal outdoor space or in the parking area is prohibited. The owner will always be charged for the cost of removal.
