Garden and yard maintenance
The tenant is obliged at his or her own expense to carry out garden work in a garden or yard belonging to the apartment and the front garden/yard bordering the right of way to the apartment and to keep these areas clear and tidy in winter and summer.
If desired, plants may be grown in outdoor pots in the yard of the apartment.
Grass must be cut approximately once a week in May—October. The tenant is obliged to weed around bushes and trees and around structures. The property will be responsible for cutting hedges.
Paths in the garden/yard should be kept clear. Structures and plants belonging to the property may not be moved or removed.
If the tenant neglects to comply with his or her obligation to maintain the yard or garden of the apartment, despite being reminded, the landlord is entitled to have the work done by a property maintenance company and charge the tenant for the work carried out.
