Based on feedback from residents and authorities, the new menu has been designed to make it easier and faster to find the right service.<\/p>\n<p>The redesign will be introduced in mid-January 2025 and will provide a more logical grouping of options. In the future, the rent control service will also no longer have its own telephone number and will be reached via a single customer service number.<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is to make it easier and faster for our customers to get the help they need over the phone.<\/p>\n<p>As before, the VAV customer service number 010 235 1450 will be available 24\/7 for car parking, sauna, keys and rent payments from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are clarifying the phone menu of our customer service number 010 235 1450.
