We all want to feel at home: to rest, live and enjoy our daily lives. Living in a block of flats and terraced houses means living together, where different lifestyles and schedules meet.<\/p>\n

Sometimes you may encounter situations where you are disturbed by a neighbour’s activities, such as noise, cigarette smoke or untidiness in common areas.<\/p>\n

We would like to remind you that constructive and respectful interaction is the best way to resolve such situations. Often the disturbance is unintentional and the other party is not even aware of the nuisance caused. A light remark in good humour can remedy the situation at an early stage.<\/p>\n

Friendly hello cards for feedback<\/h2>\n

We’ve developed friendly hello cards<\/a> to help you give feedback to your neighbour in a smart and calm way. They are designed to help maintain a sense of togetherness and avoid unnecessary confrontation.<\/p>\n

You can find them on our website.<\/a> They are free to use and we hope they will encourage open but friendly discussion.<\/p>\n
