Charging facilities can be added to rented parking spaces at the request of residents.<\/p>\n

As a VAV resident, you can rent a parking space in your building’s parking area if spaces are available. As a new practice, all residents now have the opportunity to inquire about adding charging facilities for electric and hybrid cars to their own parking spaces.<\/p>\n

Please note that before charging facilities can be added, residents must have rented a so-called conventional parking space with heated pole.<\/p>\n

Interested in a charging station?<\/h2>\n

If you are interested in a charging station, please contact our customer service<\/a> so that we can determine whether it is possible to install a charging station in your desired parking space. If it is possible to add a charging station to your parking space, our partner eParking<\/a> will install it.<\/p>\n

How to order a charging station for yourself<\/h3>\n

  1. Check with VAV customer service<\/a> to see if it is possible to install a charging station in your building’s parking lot. It may not always be possible to add one.<\/li>\n
  2. Order a car charging option through our partner eParking<\/a>. As a rule, we offer slow charging (power 1.8 kW).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    VAV residents pay for their charging station through the eParking app, which covers the parking space rental fee and the electricity used for charging.<\/p>\n

    Do you already have a charging station?<\/h2>\n

    If you have an electric or hybrid car charging station that was rented before September 15, 2025<\/strong>, your current rental agreement and the terms and conditions specified therein will remain unchanged. We are planning to renow these charging stations for electric and hybrid cars during 2026.<\/p>\n

    More detailed information about the project will be provided later.<\/p>\n
