It is forbidden to use VAV’s rental apartment for Airbnb accommodation.
\nIf the apartment is used or have been used for commercial accommodation, it will lead to the termination of the apartment by the landlord.<\/p>\n

It is only possible for a VAV tenant to temporarily relinquish the apartment to another person if he or she is required to temporarily reside in another place for work, study, illness or other similar reasons. Temporary transfer of a apartment is a situation where the tenant leases the apartment he or she controls to another individual.
