Changing a rental apartment

Renting is an easy option when life circumstances change. Even in these situations, we will work to ensure that you find a suitable rental home.

You can apply for a new VAV rental apartment if

• You have lived at VAV for at least one year
• You have managed your current rental housing well
• You have paid your rent on time
• You do not exceed the income limits when applying for state-subsidised rental housing.

APPLY FOR A NEW RENTAL APARTMENT

Remember that the exchange application is also valid for four months from the date of submission. Submit a new application, update your wishes if necessary or delete your application if you no longer need to change your accommodation.
