Management of keys

Key collections and returns for VAV apartments are carried out at Certego Oy‘s key service point.

Open Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On the first and last working day of the month, the key service point is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You can report faults and request maintenance by phone to the VAV 24-hour service line 010 235 1450, not to the maintenance company.
