VAV Asunnot Oy records all phone calls made to or made from the service phone numbers. Calls to rent monitoring, tenant counseling, and to housing managers cost 8,8 cents/min. Calls to other numbers starting with a 010 prefix cost 8,35 cents/call + 17,17 cents/min when calling from a cell phone, or 8,35 cents/call + 6 cents/min when calling from a landline.
