The renewed OmaVAV service has been launched

Our residents’ electronic OmaVAV service is being renewed. Check out all the useful features the resident app has to offer and start using the service. By doing so, you’ll be entered into a drawing for S Group gift cards.

We will raffle three € 100 S Group gift cards among everyone who logs in to the new OmaVAV by June 7, 2026. The winners will be notified personally. Participating requires nothing more than visiting the new OmaVAV service.

Download the app or use OmaVAV in your browser

You can easily use OmaVAV on your phone or computer. The service is available as a mobile app and a web version.

Mobile app

• Download the app to receive notifications when new content is available.
• The mobile application can be downloaded for free from the app store. The app is available under the name ”Avy – Kotisovellus” (Avy – Resident app).

Web version

You can find the web version at omavav.fi.

• The web version works on both computers and mobile phones.

Note: You will receive login reminders via email and text message. The sender will be OmaVAV / noreply@vav.fi. These messages will direct you to avy.app.link/get, where you can download the app.

Log in with online banking credentials or email address

You can log in to the service using your online banking credentials, a mobile certificate, or by requesting a one-time password via email.

Please note that only a resident who has signed the rental agreement can log in to the service, not a person registered as living in the apartment.

Through OmaVAV, you can conveniently manage everything related to housing at a time that suits you best.

In the new app, you can, for example

• make a fault report
• monitor your rent payment situation
• send us messages and questions
• communicate with other residents in your building via the neighbor channel
• read instructions related to housing
• stay informed about the latest housing announcements.
