The new OmaVAV will soon be available to residents

Great news: The completely renewed electronic service portal, OmaVAV, will soon be available to our residents. It will allow you to manage all housing-related matters more conveniently than ever, whenever it suits you best.

We will notify our residents via email and on the building’s bulletin board when the service is available. You will also receive detailed instructions on how to get started. Please make sure we have your current email address.

You can easily use the OmaVAV service on your phone or via a web browser. The new OmaVAV replaces the current OmaVAV service.

In the new app, you can, for example  

• make a fault report
• monitor your rent payment situation
• send us messages and questions
• communicate with other residents in your building via the neighbor channel
• read instructions related to housing
• stay informed about the latest housing announcements.

VAV, which is celebrating its anniversary this year, is developing its online services.  VAV’s website will also be updated this fall.
