VAV’s phone menu is renewed

We are clarifying the phone menu of our customer service number 010 235 1450. Based on feedback from residents and authorities, the new menu has been designed to make it easier and faster to find the right service.

The redesign will be introduced in mid-January 2025 and will provide a more logical grouping of options. In the future, the rent control service will also no longer have its own telephone number and will be reached via a single customer service number.

Our aim is to make it easier and faster for our customers to get the help they need over the phone.

As before, the VAV customer service number 010 235 1450 will be available 24/7 for car parking, sauna, keys and rent payments from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
