Our residents’ OmaVAV online service has been completely renewed. Take a look at all the useful features the resident app has to offer, and start using the service. By doing so, you’ll also be entered into a prize draw for S Group gift vouchers.

We’re giving away three S Group gift vouchers worth 100 euros each amongst all our residents who have logged into the new OmaVAV by 7 June 2026. Winners of the prize draw will be notified personally. All you need to do to take part is visit the new service.

Download the app or use the website

You can easily use OmaVAVia on your phone or computer. The service is available as a mobile app and a web-based version.

• Download the app to receive notifications when new content is available.
• You can download the mobile app for free from the app store. The app is called “Avy – Home App”.

Please note: You will receive reminders about setting up the service via email and text messages. The sender is OmaVAV / noreply@vav.fi. The messages will direct you to avy.app.link/get, where you can download the app.

Log in using your online banking credentials or email address

You can log in to the service using your online banking credentials, a mobile certificate, or by requesting a one-time password to be sent to your email.

Please note that only the tenant who has signed the tenancy agreement can log in to the service; a person registered at the property cannot do so.

Everything in one place

Through OmaVAV, you can conveniently manage everything related to your tenancy whenever it suits you best.

With the new service, you can, for example.

• report a fault
• check your rent payment status
• send us messages and questions
• get in touch with other residents in your block via the neighbours’ channel
• read guidance on living in your home
• check the latest notices for your block.
