Edit your application by logging in

Have you submitted a housing application to VAV, but your circumstances or housing requirements have changed? Or is your application about to expire? In that case, edit your housing application by logging in with your online banking credentials.

Authenticate with online banking credentials

Go to Telia’s authentication service and log in using your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with VAV’s privacy policy during the strong authentication process.

If your circumstances change, please update your application

Before making a housing offer, we will check your population register details. The address on your application must match the one on your population register. Otherwise, we will assume that your need for housing is no longer current. So please remember to update your application if your address details change.

You will be offered a flat based on your preferences. The more flexible your preferences are, the better your chances of being allocated a flat. If you wish to change the preferences in your application, you can edit your application after submitting it.

You should also edit your application if your housing needs have changed.

Your application is valid for four months; make sure to renew it in good time

Remember to renew your application, as it is valid for four months from the date of submission. You can renew it during this four-month period. You can renew your application by clicking the ‘Authenticate with Telia’ button.

If you forget to renew your application but still need a rented flat, you can always submit a new housing application to us.
