Apply for an apartment transfer if you need a different home

Renting is a hassle-free option when your life circumstances change. We aim to ensure that you can find a suitable rental home even in these situations.

You can apply for a new VAV rental home if

  • You have lived in a VAV apartment for at least one year.
  • You have looked after your current rented home well.
  • You have paid your rent on time.
  • You do not exceed the income limits when applying for state-subsidised rental home.

Please indicate on your housing application that you are currently a tenant with us.

Application valid for 4 months

Please note that a change of tenancy application is also valid for four months from the date of submission. You can submit a new application, update your preferences if necessary, or withdraw your application if a change of tenancy is no longer required.

Please note that state-subsidised rental homes are allocated to those who need them most.
