Aamutie 8 and Iltatie 16–18 are blocks of flats located in Vantaanlaakso. The complexes comprise a total of 56 rental flats, consisting of studio flats, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, storage for outdoor equipment and pushchairs, and a community room. Each flat has its own sauna. The buildings’ shared courtyard area has a playground for children.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit €0.

Vantaanlaakso is a peaceful and pleasant residential area in Western Vantaa, in the Myyrmäki sub-region. The area consists mainly of detached houses and is known for its green gardens, spacious residential blocks and park-like surroundings. Vantaanlaakso is particularly suitable for residents who value peaceful living close to nature, whilst still having good transport links.
Local services
Vantaanlaakso and its immediate surroundings offer essential everyday services, such as grocery shops, nurseries and schools. A wider range of shopping facilities and healthcare services can be found in the centres of the neighbouring areas, Myyrmäki and Martinlaakso.
Transport links
Vantaanlaakso has good transport links to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Bus services run smoothly to destinations such as Myyrmäki and Martinlaakso, from where there are train connections to Helsinki city centre and elsewhere in the metropolitan area. Travelling by car is also easy, as the area has good links to Ring Road I and Ring Road III.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Vantaanlaakso offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and everyday exercise in the immediate vicinity. Within the area and its immediate vicinity, there are parks, outdoor trails and cycle paths suitable for walking, jogging and cycling. The Keravanjoki river, which flows near Vantaanlaakso, and its riverside paths offer a peaceful and natural environment for outdoor activities and enjoying nature. The paths running alongside the river connect Vantaanlaakso to the wider green spaces and outdoor trails in the area. The Martinlaakso and Myyrmäki sports and recreation parks, located in the vicinity of Vantaanlaakso, further enhance the area’s leisure opportunities.
