Arinatie 7 is a block of flats in Pakkala comprising a total of 42 rental flats. The flats are two-, three-, four- and five-room flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying rooms, storage rooms for personal belongings, a storage area for outdoor equipment and prams, and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month. The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.
