Asterintie 24 is a terraced housing development in Simonkylä. The development comprises a total of 31 rental flats, which are two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal room. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the estate’s courtyard.
