Eppiläntie 1–3 is a block of flats comprising seven residential buildings located in Ilola. The buildings contain a total of 43 rental flats, comprising two-room, three-room and four-room flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a laundry room, a drying cupboard and a communal lounge. Eppiläntie 1 has two separate storage buildings, whilst Eppiläntie 3 has individual outdoor storage spaces for each flat. The flats have their own in-flat saunas. There is a children’s playground in the shared courtyard area of the buildings.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Ilola as a residential area
Ilola is a peaceful neighbourhood on the border of Tuusula, part of the wider Koivukylä area. The area consists mainly of detached and semi-detached houses, and offers a peaceful living environment close to nature.
Local amenities
Ilola has nurseries, a school and local shops. The Koivukylä centre, located a short distance away, features large supermarkets, healthcare services and a library.
Transport links
The nearest railway station is in Leinelä, about one kilometre from Ilola. The area has good bus connections to stations in the surrounding areas, and it is also easy to reach different parts of the capital region by car.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Adjacent to Ilola lies the Rekolanmetsä recreation area, which extends into the Kylmänoja Korpi nature reserve. The area has a well-maintained network of cycle paths, enabling safe and enjoyable cycling. The nearby parks offer a wide range of outdoor and exercise opportunities for all ages.
