Eteläinen Rastitie 11 is a block of flats located in Havukoski. The building comprises a total of 41 rental flats of various sizes, suitable for different life situations. The flats are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal lounge. You can book a slot for the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service. Water charge: €20 per person per month. The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0. Income and asset limits. Renovations carried out: Kitchens refurbished in 2023 and bathrooms in 2020.
