This residential development in Havukoski comprises six blocks of flats at four different addresses. The blocks contain a total of 138 rental flats of various sizes, suitable for different stages of life. The flats range from studio flats to one-, two-, three- and four-room flats.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal lounge. The shared courtyard area between the blocks features a playground for children. You can book a slot for the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service. Water charge: €20 per person per month. Renovations carried out: The kitchens were refurbished in 2024. There is no lift in the building.
