Immonkuja 2 and Kyllikintie 29 are a development of terraced houses situated in Päiväkumpu, within a pleasant neighbourhood of detached houses surrounded by nature. The development comprises several residential blocks, containing a total of 65 rental flats. The flats in the development are one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, as well as individual storage cupboards for each flat. There is a children’s playground in the courtyard.
You can book a time slot for the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month. The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

There are frequent bus services from the area to Tikkurila and other key destinations, from where you can easily continue your journey by train or bus. Travelling by car is also hassle-free, and access to major roads is quick, making commutes and trips into town a breeze.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Nature is always close at hand in Päiväkumpu. The surrounding area offers beautiful parks, forest trails and nearby outdoor recreation areas where you can go for a jog, cycle or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The park near Päiväkumpu School has a children’s playground and a wide range of sports facilities, such as basketball, tennis and football pitches, a skatepark and a disc golf course. In winter, the area around Täyttömäki offers opportunities for sledging. In summer, there are swimming spots along the Kerava River and at Matari beach. The Kuusijärvi nature and recreation area is also nearby, with a link to Sipoonkorpi National Park.
