Kallioimarteentie 10 is a block of flats located in Simonkylä. The development comprises a total of 44 rental flats, consisting of studio flats, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings and a storage room for outdoor equipment. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.

Travelling from Simonkylä to different parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area is easy. Bus services run frequently towards Tikkurila, from where trains provide quick connections to Helsinki, the airport and the rest of Finland. Travelling by car is also convenient, as Ring Road III is nearby.

There is a floodlit fitness trail in the area, suitable for walking, running and, in winter, cross-country skiing. Along the route, there is also outdoor fitness equipment for strength training. The popular fitness steps are located in the Möskär area, and in winter the Möskär toboggan run is a particular delight for families with children.
