Kauppalaivurintie 10 is a terraced housing development situated on a cosy hillside plot in Vantaanlaakso. The development comprises six terraced houses, containing a total of 24 two-storey rental flats. The flats in the development are two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, each with its own sauna.
All flats are two-storey. The bathrooms are fitted with washing machine connections and each flat has its own sauna. Each flat has access from the living room to a cosy courtyard. Some of the flats also have a separate balcony adjoining the upstairs bedroom.
Residents have access to a free drying room located in a separate courtyard building, as well as individual storage rooms for personal belongings and a storage room for outdoor equipment. There is a dedicated children’s playground in front of blocks E and F.
