Kerokuja 7 is a block of flats in Länsimäki comprising four rental flats. The flats are spacious family homes, ranging from four-room to five-room flats.
Residents have access to a laundry room, a drying room and storage rooms for personal belongings. The property has a communal sauna, and you can book your own sauna session through VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month. The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Länsimäki as a residential area
Länsimäki is a peaceful and pleasant residential area in south-east Vantaa, within the Hakunila sub-region. The area consists mainly of low-rise blocks of flats, which are spaced out. The green surroundings and spacious courtyards make Länsimäki a pleasant place to live, especially for those who appreciate being close to nature.
Local amenities
Länsimäki offers all the essential everyday services, such as a supermarket, a library and social and health services. The area also has a school and several nurseries. A wider range of services can be found, for example, in the Hakunila area and on the Helsinki side, where the Itis Shopping Centre offers a diverse range of shopping, dining and leisure facilities.
Transport links
Länsimäki has good transport links to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Bus routes run smoothly through the area, and the Mellunmäki metro station, situated on the Helsinki side, is nearby. The metro station provides access to Helsinki city centre in around 20–25 minutes.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Länsimäki offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and exercise. The area has local sports fields and other sports facilities, for example for ball games. The nearby parks and walking trails offer opportunities for exercise all year round, whether jogging, walking or cycling.
