Krakankuja 2 is a block of flats in Pakkala comprising a total of 60 rental flats. The flats are studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, and storage for outdoor equipment and pushchairs. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard. You can book your own sauna session in the building’s sauna via VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month. The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0. Income and asset limits.
