Laaksotie 20 is a small block of flats located in Ruskeasanta. The development comprises a total of 88 rental flats, comprising studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, storage areas for outdoor equipment and prams, and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard. There are three communal saunas, and you can book your own sauna session via VAV’s customer service.

Travelling by car is also straightforward via the Tuusulanväylä and Lahdenväylä motorways.
