Laulurastaanpolku 1–2 is a small block of flats in Korso, comprising a total of 102 rental flats. The flats are studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats. The development is situated in a peaceful area close to nature in Kulomäki, with good transport links for motorists. There is also a bus stop nearby.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a communal room, a gym and a storage room for outdoor equipment. The flats on the ground floor have small private courtyards. There is a children’s playground in the building’s grounds.
The property has several communal saunas, for which you can book a time slot via VAV’s customer service.

Korso as a residential area
Korso is situated in the north-east of Vantaa, on the border with Tuusula, near Kerava. The area is diverse and developing, offering a smooth everyday life with essential services. Korso is known for its well-functioning residential environment, where services, transport links and opportunities for outdoor activities are close at hand.
Local services
Korso has several grocery shops and a comprehensive range of everyday services. There are several schools and nurseries in the area. The Lumo multi-purpose centre houses a library, a sixth-form college, sports facilities and a municipal service point. Social and health services, such as the health centre, are conveniently located near Korso railway station.
Transport links
Korso has good public transport links. The area is situated along the main railway line, and the train takes about half an hour to reach Helsinki city centre and the airport. Bus services provide extensive coverage throughout Vantaa and the surrounding area. The proximity of Tuusulanväylä and Ring Road III makes travelling by car a breeze.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Ankkapuisto is a leafy park in the heart of Korso, featuring a pond, an outdoor gym and play areas. Korso Sports Park offers a wide range of sporting activities on the edge of the Ruusuvuori outdoor recreation area. Metsolansuo offers suitable trails for walking and cross-country skiing.
