Leikkitie 2 is a residential complex comprising two loft-style blocks located in Ilola. The blocks contain a total of 39 rental flats, all of which are studio flats.
Residents have access to a communal sauna, a large community room, a cosy courtyard area, and storage facilities for household goods and outdoor equipment.
You can book a slot for the communal sauna through VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Ilola as a residential area
Ilola is a peaceful neighbourhood on the border of Tuusula, part of the wider Koivukylä area. The area consists mainly of detached and semi-detached houses and offers a peaceful living environment close to nature.
Local amenities
Ilola has nurseries, a school and local shops. The Koivukylä centre, just a short distance away, is home to large supermarkets, health services and a library.
Transport links
The nearest railway station is in Leinelä, about one kilometre from Ilola. The area has good bus connections to stations in the surrounding areas, and it is also easy to reach different parts of the capital region by car.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Adjacent to Ilola is the Rekolanmetsä recreation area, which extends into the Kylmänoja Korpi nature reserve. The area has a well-maintained network of cycle paths, enabling safe and enjoyable cycling. The nearby parks offer a wide range of outdoor and sporting activities for all ages.
