Linnustajankuja 1 is a loft and terraced house development situated in a peaceful area of Vallinoja. The development comprises a total of 68 rental flats, consisting of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, all with saunas. The housing estate is situated in a natural setting close to excellent outdoor walking routes.
Residents have access to a free laundry room, storage rooms and a private gym. Each flat has its own en-suite sauna. The ground-floor flats feature a small private courtyard. The upper floors have balconies. There is a children’s playground in the building’s grounds.

Bus services run towards Korso and Koivukylä, from where there are train connections to Helsinki city centre and other parts of the capital region. Kerava’s amenities and railway station are also easily accessible. Travelling by car is straightforward, as Ring Road III and the Lahti Motorway are within reasonable reach and provide fast connections to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area.
