Lippukuja 2 is a residential complex in Kivistö comprising six two-storey blocks. The blocks contain a total of 50 rental flats with saunas: studio flats, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal lounge. There is a children’s playground in the grounds.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

There are several schools and nurseries in the area. Kivistö is home to grocery shops, a health centre and restaurants. The Kivis shopping centre, located next to Kivistö railway station, offers a wide range of everyday services.
Transport links
Kivistö has good transport links, whether by public transport or by car. Kivistö is situated along the Ring Rail Line, so the local train provides convenient access to both Helsinki city centre and the airport. In addition, there are several bus services from the area to various parts of Vantaa.

Kivistö offers a wide range of opportunities for outdoor activities and exercise. The area’s extensive green spaces and woodland, together with a comprehensive network of cycle and footpaths, provide an excellent setting for walking, jogging and cycling. The cycle routes running alongside the Ring Rail Line also make it easy to cover longer distances. The parks, walking trails and recreational areas in the surrounding neighbourhoods encourage people to get out and about all year round. Furthermore, the Petikko nature recreation area, just a 10-minute drive away, with its varied walking trails and, in winter, its ski trails, complements the area’s leisure opportunities.
