Loikkokuja 1 is a small block of flats located in Simonkylä. The development comprises a total of 32 rental flats, consisting of studio flats, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to storage rooms for personal belongings and a storage area for outdoor equipment. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
