Maarinkunnaantie 19 is a cosy terraced housing development in Hakkila. The development comprises a total of 44 flats, each with its own sauna, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room. In addition, the building has a community room, individual storage rooms for each flat and a storage room for outdoor equipment. There are two children’s play areas in the grounds. An outdoor gym is within walking distance.
There are parking spaces in the grounds; bookings can be made via VAV’s customer service.

The area has excellent public transport links, including several bus routes that provide quick access to the centres of Vantaa and Helsinki. Major roads, such as the nearby Lahdenväylä and Kehä III, also allow for easy travel by car.
