Maitikkapolku 10 is a block of flats situated in a pleasant and peaceful residential area in Simonkylä. The development comprises a total of 51 rental flats, ranging from studio flats to five-room flats, offering options to suit a variety of housing needs. The development is situated right next to the amenities of Tikkurila, making everyday life hassle-free.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for household goods, storage areas for outdoor equipment and prams, and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
You can book a slot in the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service.

Renovations carried out: The kitchens were renovated in 2024 and the bathrooms in 2021–2022.
Other: Parking spaces can be reserved via VAV’s customer service. There is no lift in the building. The flats have glazed balconies.

Transport links
Travelling from Simonkylä to different parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area is easy. Bus services run frequently towards Tikkurila, from where trains provide quick connections to Helsinki, the airport and the rest of Finland. Travelling by car is also convenient, as Ring Road III is nearby.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Simonkylä offers an excellent setting for an active lifestyle right on your doorstep. There is a floodlit fitness trail in the area, suitable for walking, running and, in winter, cross-country skiing. Along the route, there is also outdoor fitness equipment for strength training. The Möskär area is home to popular fitness steps, and in winter, the Möskär toboggan run is a particular delight for families with children.
