Marsinkuja 4 is a block of flats situated in the nature-rich Mikkola neighbourhood, within the Korso sub-district. The development comprises a total of 25 rental flats, consisting of studio flats, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats are fitted with glazed balconies. Mikkola offers excellent transport links by both bus and car via Lahdenväylä.
Residents have access to individual storage rooms for household goods, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal lounge. There is no communal laundry room in the building, but a drying room is available. There is a children’s playground in the building’s grounds.
