Martinlaaksonkuja 2b is a block of flats in Martinlaakso comprising a total of 37 rental flats. The flats are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. The flats have glazed balconies.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, flat-specific storage cupboards, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal room. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.

Martinlaakso is an urban and diverse residential area in Western Vantaa, part of the Myyrmäki sub-region, with good transport links and amenities nearby. Martinlaakso is also known for its extensive range of leisure and recreational opportunities, as well as its pleasant living environments.
Local services
In Martinlaakso, everyday services are comprehensive and easily accessible. There are several nurseries and schools in the area. Early years education and primary education are well provided for in both Finnish and Swedish. Upper secondary education is also available in both languages. Vocational training is provided by the Mercuria Business College. In addition, the area has youth centres, as well as the Martinlaakso shopping centre, a library, a health centre, an indoor swimming pool and the Martinus cultural centre.
Transport links
Martinlaakso has good transport links to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. There are convenient train connections from Martinlaakso station towards Helsinki, and bus services complement transport links within the area. The city centre of Helsinki can be reached by train in around 25–30 minutes.

Martinlaakso has plenty of green spaces and parks. Martinlaakso Sports Park offers a wide range of opportunities for physical activity, including baseball, tennis and basketball courts, as well as an artificial ice rink in winter. Jokiuomanpuisto is Martinlaakso’s main local recreation area, featuring a local sports facility, a mini-golf course and a dog park.
