Myyrmäentie 2c is a modern 17-storey block of flats in Myyrmäki, completed in 2025, featuring two lifts. The building comprises a total of 120 rental flats, comprising studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats.
The building is situated just a short walk from Myyrmäki station and excellent public transport links, so everyday life runs smoothly even without a car.
The flats are modern and decorated in light colours. The flats have glazed balconies. Kitchen fittings include a hob and a fridge-freezer. The kitchen is pre-wired for a dishwasher. Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, a storage room for outdoor equipment, and private storage cupboards for each flat. On the top floor, there are two sauna areas with magnificent views and a communal lounge.
A limited number of parking spaces are available; bookings can be made via VAV customer service.
Water charges are invoiced monthly based on usage.

Income and asset limits. Sustainable and responsible construction is at the heart of VAV’s property development. In this property, this means, for example, that the building has an A energy rating and the roof is fitted with solar panels that generate part of the property’s electricity.
The property is smoke-free. This means that smoking is prohibited in the flats, on the balconies, in communal areas and in the courtyard.

A wide range of services are available in the centre of Myyrmäki. The Myyrmanni shopping centre offers a wide range of shops and services for everyday needs. The area has several schools and nurseries, as well as a health centre. The Myyrmäki House is home to the Myyrmäki Library, the Vantaa Art Museum (Artsi) and the Kino Myyri cinema. The cultural offering is complemented by the Martinus Cultural Centre in Martinlaakso, which is just a few kilometres from Myyrmäki.
Transport links
Myyrmäki has excellent transport links to Helsinki and the rest of the capital region. It takes 15 minutes to travel to Helsinki city centre by train. Several bus routes serve the area, and the proximity of Ring Road III and Hämeenlinnanväylä also allows for easy travel by car.
Outdoor activities and sport
Myyrmäki offers a wide range of opportunities for outdoor activities and sport. Myyrmäki Sports Park is the area’s main sports facility, offering extensive facilities for a range of sports. Myyrmäki Sports Centre, with its swimming pool, the Energia Areena event venue, and the Myyrmäki ice rink and football stadium provide a comprehensive range of sports and leisure facilities within walking distance. The area’s parks, outdoor trails and the green spaces along the Mätäjoki river encourage people to go for a jog and spend time in nature all year round.
