Nyyrikintie 1, together with Vellamonkuja 1 and 2, form a pleasant loft-style housing complex in Päiväkumpu, comprising several residential buildings. The development comprises a total of 82 rental flats with saunas, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a free laundry room, individual storage rooms for each flat and a communal lounge. Each flat has its own sauna. There are children’s play areas in the courtyards.
