Nyyrikintie 7 is a loft-style development in Päiväkumpu, comprising several residential buildings. The development has a total of 48 rental flats, consisting of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, all with their own saunas.
Residents have access to a free laundry room, individual storage rooms for each flat and a communal lounge. Each flat has its own sauna. There are children’s play areas in the courtyards of the buildings.
