Ollaksentie 31 is a block of flats situated in a pleasant area of Ylästö. The complex comprises a total of 56 rental flats, ranging in size from studio flats to one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom flats, all with their own saunas.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying room, storage rooms for personal belongings, a storage area for outdoor equipment and prams, and a communal lounge. Each flat has its own private sauna. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
