Tanssijantie 2 is a loft-style apartment block in Ilola, comprising a total of 32 rental flats. The flats are one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom flats.
Residents have access to a communal sauna, a drying room, storage rooms and a community room. There is a children’s playground in the housing estate’s courtyard.

Ilola is a peaceful neighbourhood on the border of Tuusula, part of the wider Koivukylä area. The area consists mainly of terraced houses and detached homes, offering a peaceful living environment close to nature.
