Veturikuja 8 is a block of flats completed in December 2021 right in the heart of Tikkurila. The development consists of three six-storey blocks, built in accordance with the criteria of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
Residents of Veturikuja have access to a laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, communal storage areas and a building sauna. There is a children’s play area in the housing complex’s courtyard.
The property has no car parking spaces, with the exception of spaces for disabled access, visitors and a shared-use car.
Veturikuja 8 is a completely smoke-free property, meaning smoking is prohibited in the flats, on the balconies and throughout the entire property.
