Veturikuja 9 is a block of flats situated right in the heart of Tikkurila. The development comprises five residential buildings, containing a total of 120 rental flats. The flats on the development are one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats. The development enjoys an excellent location, situated right next to the railway line and Tikkurila’s comprehensive range of amenities.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage rooms for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment, a pram storage room and a communal room. There is a children’s playground in the estate’s courtyard.
You can book a slot in the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
