Every year, we build and refurbish high-quality, affordable homes for Vantaa’s growing population. VAV already has nearly 12,000 apartments in Vantaa.
A new 146-place senior centre is being built in Simonkylä, Vantaa, at Simontie 5. The building is due to be completed in early 2027. The Vantaa and Kerava Welfare District will act as the service provider and tenant for the senior centre, subletting the apartments to future residents.
Affordable homes, which have been fully refurbished, were completed in summer 2026 at Mäyräkuja 4, in the heart of Korso. The house is close to amenities and good transport links.
The first residents moved into Lipstikkakuja in Asola in September 2025. These cosy new homes are suitable for a wide range of life situations. The Swan-labelled building has been constructed responsibly.
Affordable rental homes were completed in Myyrmäki in September 2025. VAV’s modern tower block, with its distinctive exterior, was built at Myyrmäentie 2c. The building has 16 storeys.
