How to log in to OmaVAV

The OmaVAV service is available as a mobile app and a web version. Choose the one that suits you best.

Mobile app

How to set up the OmaVAV mobile app:

1. Open your phone’s app store (Google Play or the App Store).
2. Type “Avy Home App” into the search field.
3. Install the app.
4. Open the app.
5. Select the country you are logging in from (Finland) and choose your preferred language.
6. Tap Log in.
7. Select your login method:
   • Bank credentials
   • Mobile certificate
   • Email code
8. If you are logging in with an email code:
   • Enter your email address.
   • You will receive a one-time numeric code via email.
   • Enter the code in the app’s login field.
9. You can select ‘Remember my details’ if you wish. Please note that the one-off code can only be used once.
10. Log in.
11. Turn on app notifications in your profile. This way, you’ll receive notifications about new updates, for example.

Getting started: mobile app

Website

You can find the website at omavav.fi. You can visit the website on both a computer and a mobile phone.

1. First, select the country you are logging in from (Finland), then choose your preferred language.
2. Click ‘Log in’.
3. Select your login method:
   • Bank credentials
   • Mobile authentication
   • Email code
4. If you are logging in with an email code:
   • Enter your email address.
   • You will receive a one-off numeric code via email.
   • Enter the code in the app’s login field.
5. You can select ‘Remember my details’ if you wish. Please note that the one-time code only works once.
6. Log in.
