Welcome to VAV Asunnot Oy’s rent assessment information session. This event is intended solely for residents of VAV Asunnot.

The rent determination briefing will outline the principles and criteria for setting rents, which will come into effect on 1 March 2027, and will provide information on the average rent adjustment. The session will not cover the future rent levels of individual properties. 

Time: Tuesday 13 October 2026, starting at 5.00 pm. The session is scheduled to last approximately one hour. 

Venue: The meeting will be held online via Teams.

Joining the Teams meeting

You can join a Teams meeting using a computer, tablet or smartphone. You can join the meeting via a web browser or the Teams app. You do not need to download the Teams app. 

If the Teams app is already installed on your computer or mobile device, the meeting will open automatically via the app. 

General tips for a smooth Teams meeting 

• Mute your microphone when you are not speaking. The meeting organiser will manage who speaks. 
• Ask to speak by stating your name in the chat window. 
• A desktop computer may not have a microphone. In that case, type your comment into the chat window. 
• The meeting will be recorded by the organiser and the presentation materials will be uploaded to the OmaVAV service. 
• You can rejoin the meeting via the link if the programme closes or you are otherwise disconnected.
