Rental apartments with more detailed tenant selection

Most of VAV’s rental apartments are state-subsidised, formerly known as Ara rental apartments. They are intended for those who are in a hurry to get an apartment due to a change in their life situation or for those for whom the market rent is too expensive. Government-subsidised housing is subject to income and means-testing.
