VAV’s refurbished, affordable homes in Pähkinärinne are due for completion in late 2026. The building is in a great location, close to amenities and good transport links.
The building’s cosy one- and two-bedroom apartments offer a home suited to a variety of life situations. There are 30 apartments in total.
The apartments are modern and decorated in light colours. All surfaces in the apartments have been refurbished. In addition, the kitchens and bathrooms have been recently refurbished. The bathrooms are tiled. The windows are new and fitted with venetian blinds. A spacious balcony adds to the comfort.
Residents have shared access to a sauna area, a communal lounge, a laundry room with a drying room, an outdoor equipment store and a pram storage area. The building also has individual storage cupboards for each flat. Children can spend time in the sheltered playground in the courtyard.
Parking spaces are available for residents to book. Pets are welcome in all our houses. Our security deposit is €0. The apartments are subject to income and asset limits.

The rental homes at Pähkinärinteentie 26 are state-subsidised. Therefore, these apartments are let to applicants who need them most.
Priority is given to applicants with the most urgent housing needs, those with the fewest resources and those on the lowest incomes. There are also income and asset limits for state-subsidised housing.
