Arinatie 9 is a block of flats situated in a peaceful and leafy area of Pakkala. The development comprises a total of 58 rental flats, consisting of studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
The property is in an excellent location, with a supermarket, Tammisto’s wide range of amenities, as well as nurseries and schools all nearby. The area has good public transport links, and major roads are easily accessible by car. There are also excellent opportunities for outdoor activities in the area.
Residents have access to a laundry room and drying rooms, storage rooms for household goods, storage for outdoor equipment and prams, as well as the community room at Arinatie 7. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
