Asolantie 22 is a block of flats in Asola, close to the amenities of Koivukylä. The development comprises a total of 39 rental flats, consisting of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, all with saunas.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, and a storage area for outdoor equipment and prams. Each flat has its own sauna. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
The rent includes free internet access (further information: vav.fi/netti). Pets are welcome. Security deposit: €0.

Renovations carried out/planned: The bathrooms were renovated in 2019. The kitchens will undergo a complete refurbishment during 2026, at which time the flats will be fitted with their own dishwashers.
There is no lift in the building.
Asola as a residential area
Asola is a peaceful and pleasant residential area in East Vantaa, within the Koivukylä sub-district. The area is known for its natural surroundings and family-friendly atmosphere.
Local amenities
There are several grocery shops nearby, and the nearby Koivukylä centre offers a comprehensive range of services, including a supermarket, a health centre, a pharmacy and a library. Peijas Hospital is a short distance away. The Asola area also has a school and several nurseries.
Transport links
The area has good public transport links to various parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Koivukylä railway station is located near Asola, from where you can reach Helsinki by train in around 25–30 minutes. Bus routes complement these connections and make it easy to travel in various directions. Travelling by car is also easy thanks to nearby major roads, such as Lahdenväylä.
Outdoor activities and exercise
Asola’s leafy parks and outdoor trails invite you to enjoy the fresh air and get some exercise. The Asola jogging track, in particular, is a popular route for jogging and walking. The Kuusijärvi nature and recreation area, located about a 10-minute drive away, offers a wonderful setting for swimming, sauna, hiking and, in winter, ice swimming.
