Esikkotie 7 is a block of flats in Tikkurila comprising a total of 30 rental flats. The development features one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and five-bedroom flats, offering options to suit a variety of housing needs.
Residents have access to a free laundry room and drying room, individual storage cupboards for each flat, a storage room for outdoor equipment and a communal room. There is a children’s playground in the building’s courtyard.
You can book a slot for the communal sauna via VAV’s customer service.
Water charge: €20 per person per month.
